How We Make Money
Three revenue streams. (1) Subscriptions — Pro at $149/month and Broker / Elite at $299/month for active operators using the platform tools daily (7-day free trial, cancel anytime). (2) One-time deliverables — Acquisition Memo ($129), SBA Lender Pack ($179), Buyer Bundle ($249), Doctrine Academy ($499). (3) Disclosed affiliate commission from AAdvantage when members successfully fund deals through the network. We do not accept editorial sponsorship, do not sell user data, and do not place paid placement in tool outputs (the calculator gives you the actual number, not the sponsor-influenced number).
What We're Building Toward
