When to Use Each Tier
Buyers — start free, then grab the Buyer Bundle ($249) when you're ready to LOI on a specific listing. Builders — start free with the planner and configurator, buy credits for CLEANBI on candidate sites. Active operators — Pro at $199/month replaces $500–$2,000 in consulting per analysis and pays for itself on the first deal. Multi-store operators and agencies — Broker / Elite at $299/month for team seats, white-label, and unlimited API access.
What's NOT Behind a Paywall
