Continental Girbau: The OPL Specialist
Continental Girbau (CG) excels in on-premise laundry (OPL) applications: hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and commercial laundries. They also perform well in hybrid attended/unattended laundromats where staff operate the machines.
Continental's softmount washer-extractor design eliminates the need for a concrete plinth, making installation in upper floors or retrofits significantly easier. The tradeoff is cycle time — CG runs 27–32 minutes versus Dexter's 23.
Continental Girbau makes sense when:
